Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using skyforgelab.com or engaging SkyForgeLab for services.

Service Agreement

SkyForgeLab provides digital marketing services including website design, local SEO, and AI optimization for home service contractors. All services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.

Month-to-Month Terms

Our standard engagements are month-to-month. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. No cancellation fees apply to standard month-to-month retainers.

Payment

Invoices are due upon receipt. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Work stops if payment is 15+ days overdue. We accept ACH, credit card, and check.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all custom website files and content we create for you. Third-party assets (fonts, stock photos, plugins) may have separate licenses. SEO work product (keyword research, audits, reports) remains SkyForgeLab property but you retain a perpetual license to use findings.

Results Disclaimer

We guarantee our effort and process, not specific ranking positions or call volumes. SEO results vary based on competition, market, and Google algorithm changes. Our "More Calls in 30 Days" promise is conditional on completing the full onboarding process and implementing our recommendations.

Limitation of Liability

SkyForgeLab's liability is limited to the fees paid in the month the issue occurred. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes will be resolved in Mahoning County, Ohio.
